All tools are thoroughly inspected before leaving the factory. If there is any abnormality in the tool or any defect observed while using the tool, bring the tool to the nearest service centre for inspection. If there is any defect due to workmanship or defective material, the tool will be serviced at the company's cost within the warranty period, provided the tool is used as mentioned in the owner's manual. The tool should be maintained and serviced as described in the manual. Failure of maintenance, or a fault caused by wrong application, will void the warranty. Please read the manual carefully and familiarise yourself with the tool before using it.

يتم فحص جميع الأدوات بدقة قبل مغادرتها المصنع. في حال ملاحظة أي خلل أو عيب أثناء استخدام الأداة، يُرجى إحضارها إلى أقرب مركز خدمة معتمد للفحص. وإذا كان العيب ناتجًا عن خطأ في التصنيع أو مادة معيبة، يتم إصلاح الأداة على نفقة الشركة خلال فترة الضمان، شريطة استخدام الأداة وفق ما هو موضح في دليل المالك. كما يجب صيانة الأداة والعناية بها كما هو موضح في الدليل. وفي حال الإهمال في الصيانة أو نتيجة سوء الاستخدام، يصبح الضمان لاغيًا. يُرجى قراءة الدليل بعناية والتعرف على الأداة جيدًا قبل استخدامها.
When the warranty will not apply
Failure to produce the warranty card along with the invoice.

Good to know before you claim
Main spare parts such as the armature and stator will not be considered more than once under warranty.
